TECHNICAL DEFINITION

White, matt, ready-to-use thin finishing plaster to level interior substrates.

Ideal plaster for renovating uneven or textured substrates (old glass cloth, droplets, roughcast plaster, etc.).

Very fine finish providing good cover.


COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE

Water, calcium carbonate, resin and various additives.

The resulting paste is white and has a consistency suitable for Airless spray use.


SUITABLE SUBSTRATES

All types of interior substrates: concrete, cellular concrete, cement, breeze, brick, plasterboard, plaster tiles, plaster, old paint, glass canvas, old droplets, glass fibre cloth, old droplets.

STORAGE

18 months in original unopened packaging away from frost and high temperatures.


PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

The temperature during application and drying must be between 8°C and 35°C.

Do not apply at a humidity level above 70%. Do not use on a damp substrate. Do not apply to overheated substrates.


PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATES

Substrates must comply with the DTU 59.1 standard i.e. be dry, clean, dust-free, hard and free of any trace of separating agent.

Scrape, brush and remove dust from concrete, plasterboard and plaster tiles.


APPLICATION

Manual application : with a trowel or filling knife.

Mechanical application : airless spray, spraying machine.

In cold weather, mix the product quickly to aid aspiration. We recommend removing the filter from the pump, spraying at about 60 cm from the substrate.

After spraying, carefully smooth, e.g. using a 60 cm blade. Generally, 2 smoothed coats are sufficient

Minimum Airless pump capacity 5 L/min (nozzle 535), JetPro 80 machine (635 and 651). The maximum thickness will be 4 mm per coat.

Clean tools with water. 


COVERAGE

Approximately 1 to 2 kg/m2 and per coat depending on substrate


DRYING TIME

Approximately 6-12 hours, depending on the thickness, substrate and ambient conditions.
