TECHNICAL DEFINITION

Extra-fine finishing filler in powder form for all types of interior jobs.

The substrate is now ready to be decorated with paint, wallpaper or any wall covering. 

SEMIN SMOOTH FINISH is particularly well suited to surfaces destined to be painted with a highquality glossy or silk-finish paint.


COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE

Calcium carbonate, redispersible resin, rheological agent and various additives.

Produces a white paste.

STORAGE

9 months in original unopened packing protected from damp.

DO NOT USE WHEN THE TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW 5°C.
ONLY APPLY THIN LAYERS.


PREPARATION OF SURFACES BEFORE APPLICATION

The substrate must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, hard, free of dust and of any trace of stripping agent.

If the substrate is too uneven, prior application of a high build filler will be necessary. 

Concrete, plasterboards and plaster blocks must be scraped, brushed and dusted.

Old paint must be washed, rinsed and undercoated.


MIXING FACTOR

Use approximately 11-12 litres of water for one 25 kg bag.

Allow the paste to rest for 15 min before use.


APPLICATION

Apply either manually with a steel trowel or a putty knife, or mechanically.

Allow to harden and scrape off any possible imperfection before sanding down.


CONSUMPTION

250-400g/m2.


DRYING TIME

4-8 hrs depending on the applied thickness, on the type of substrate and on the weather conditions.


RECOMMENDED APPLICATION

AFNOR classification NFT 36.005 Family III - Class 2.
