Frame components: Extruded bars, Eloxale quality ALMgSI 0.5 F22 

Corner stop, stopping device, angle brackets, latch safety device: Galvanised sheet steel DC 01 Am 1.5 mm 

Drilling jig: Galvanised sheet steel DX51D/Z275 1.00 mm 

Plasterboard: Cement board GKBI 

Closing: Steel/plastic 

Seal: Double-wall seal EPDM 

Drywall screws: Steel  


MATERIALS AVAILABLE

• Permeability to water tested per EN 1027 standards: 2000-06 and EN 12208: 1999-11; report No. 104 32588. 

• Smoke-tightness tested per DIN EN 1634-3 standards: 2005-3. 

• Permeability to air tested per EN 1026 standards: 2000-09 and EN 122007: 1999-11; report No. 104 31394/1 and 104 31394/4.  


TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Quality Assurance: Production quality control is integrated in each article's manufacturing process.

The raw materials and externally made components are submitted to the quality control system on arrival of the goods.  


RECOMMENDED APPLICATION

For wall- or ceiling-mounting.
