Powder filler for all types of interior filling work on uneven substrates (rough precast concrete, for instance). 

Plaster-based powder coating containing calcium carbonate, resin and various additives. 

The mixed paste is white in colour. 

Interior walls and ceilings: Bubble concrete, bare concrete, cellular concrete, irregular plaster, heating ceiling, uneven surfaces, etc. 

After the filler has dried completely, suitable for covering with all types of plaster-based coatings, thick coatings, wall paper or wall coverings. 

Coating complies with standard NFT 30 608

DTU 59.1 : Painting work

• Granulometry : Up to 0.2 mm

• Adhesion : complies with NFT 30 608

• pH : neutral

• Usage time for batch : 10 to 12 hours

5 and 25 kg bags on shrink-wrapped pallet. 

9 months in unopened original packaging stored away from moisture. 

Classification AFNOR NFT 36.005 Family III. Class 3. 

The temperature during application and drying must be between 8 and 35°C.

Do not apply to damp surface.

Do not use paste which has started hardening. Wash and sand old paintwork.

Surfaces must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, dust-free and free from all traces of form oil. 

11 to 12 liters of water per 25 kg bag.

Apply using a smoothing trowel or filling blade or knife. 

Approx. 1 kg/m²/mm thickness. 

This depends on ambient conditions, the type of surface and the thickness applied.

As a general rule, for a thickness of 5 mm, SEMIN HIGH BUILD is dry in 18 to 24 hours. 

Leave the recommended drying time between the various products used to prepare a wall before painting.
