SEMIN HIGH BUILD

Powder filler for all types of interior filling work on uneven substrates.

SEMIN HIGH BUILD FILLER has very good filling properties. 

Plaster-based powder filler containing calcium carbonate, resin, cellulose fibres and various additives. 

The mixed paste is off-white colour. 

All types of interior surfaces: bubbled concrete, untreated concrete, cellular concrete, irregular plaster, heating ceiling, terracotta tiles, uneven substrates... 

Coverings

After the filler has dried completely, suitable for covering with all types of plaster-based coatings, thick coatings, wall paper paste, wall coverings.

9 months in unopened original packaging stored away from moisture.

The temperature during application and drying must be between 8 and 35°C.

Do not apply to damp surface.

Do not use paste which has started hardening.

Surfaces must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, dust-free and free from all traces of form oil.

11 to 12 litres of water per 25 kg bag.

May be applied manually with a smoothing trowel or coating blade, or mechanically by spraying then manual smoothing.

Up to 5 mm in one pass.

Approx. 1 kg/m²/mm thickness.

This depends on ambient conditions, the type of surface and the thickness applied.

As a general rule, for a thickness of 5 mm, SEMIN ROUGHENING is dry in 24 to 36 hours.

For a “droplet” finish, add SEMIN HIGH BUILD FILLER to universal dye or mineral pigments (limited to 5%).
