SEMIN AIRLESS EXTREM

Levelling filler for vertical substrates and for use on ceilings for poured concrete or pre-cast slabs.

Ideal for the preparation of pre-cast slabs, formwork concrete and for the renovation of textured finishes or fibreglass with a paint finish.

AIRLESS EXTREM filler is ideal for smoothing bugholes on pre-cast slabs, formwork, cellular concretes, for the renovation of textured finishes or old damaged substrates as well as levelling on bricks, brick tiles, cement blocks, silicate blocks.

The substrates must be clean, dry and sound (with moisture of between 6 and 16 %).

Water, calcium carbonate, dispersant, bactericide, fungicide, cellulosic fibres, polyacrylates, clays, acrylic dispersant.

25kg bags or buckets.

From 2 to 4 kg for the first coat. From 1.5 to 2 kg for the second coat.

SEMIN AIRLESS EXTREM filler is sprayed using the Airless pump or rotor machine/Flat spray stator in 2 coats.

The first coat must be levelled using a 60 cm blade or levelled with a straight edge. After drying, the second coat must be smoothed using a blade.

Once tack dry, compact the filler with very little angle using a clean blade. Ideal nozzles : 641 and higher depending on the power of the machine.

Spray around 60 cm from the substrate and do not use a filter.

From 12 to 48 hours depending on the temperature, humidity and ventilation of the room.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION

Do not apply in temperatures < +5°C and on frozen substrates.

It is recommended you wear goggles when spraying as protection against any spillovers of small particles.
