KEDOFLEX GRIS

KEDOFLEX is a class C2 adhesive mortar for laying ceramic, earthenware, mosaic tiles in small and large sizes on interior and exterior walls and floors. Suitable for tiles with a low porosity and for most substrates, including heated floors.

Grey or white cement, sand, high resin content and various additives.

FOR HEATED FLOORS, THE HEATING MUST HAVE BEEN TURNED ON, THEN TURNED OFF 24 HOURS PREVIOUSLY AND MUST ONLY BE TURNED BACK ON 48 HOURS AFTER APPLICATION.
ENSURE THAT THE SUBSTRATES EXPOSED TO RISING DAMP ARE SEALED.
FIRST APPLY OUR PRIM S.M. PRIMER TO AN ANHYDRITE SCREED.
FOR APPLICATION TO A SUBSTRATE WITH A FLATNESS VARIATION EXCEEDING 7MM UNDER A 2M RULE FIRST APPLY OUR KEDOPLAN P3 LEVELLING COMPOUND.
DO NOT APPLY TO PLASTER OR TO A THIN COAT OF FILLER.

Cement render, 2 months after completion of carcass work for new concrete substrates.

In all cases, the substrates must be sound, clean, free of traces of oil and dust and mechanically strong.

The temperature of the substrate shall be no less than 5°C and no greater than 35°C.

In hot weather, or if the substrate is exposed to the sun or if it is too porous, dampen it or apply our PRIM S.M. primer.

Local flatness defects can be smoothed with KEDOFLEX GRIS up to an 8 mm limit.

Consumption depends on the application method and tool. As a general rule it is:

Single application 4 kg/m².

Double application 6 kg/m².
