KEDOCOL PRO

KEDOCOL PRO is a grey, class C2 adhesive for laying ceramic, terracotta or glass ceramic tiles in small and large sizes on interior and Exterior walls and floors. 

It is particulary well suited to low porosity tiles laid on most surfaces, including heated floors (apart from electric radiating floors)

The product's high mixing factor (31%) allows to obtain a 5% yield increase by comparaison with traditional adhesives.

In the case of floor heating, the heating must have been turned on beforehand, then stopped 48 hours before application, then it must be turned on again no sooner than 48 hours after application. 

Substrates that are subject to rising damp must be sealed.

In the case of application on a surface having a flatness tolerance in excess of 7 mm under a 2 m straightedge, it is necessary to apply beforehand our KEDOPLAN P3 self-levelling compound.

Do not apply onto plaster or a thin coat of filler.

25 kg bags on film-wrapped pallet;

9 months in unopened original packing protected from damp. 

Adhere to the substrates' drying time : 48 hours for cement render, 2 months after completion of the building shell for a new concrete substrate. 

In all cases, the surface must be sound, clean, free of dust and any trace of oil, and must have strong mechanical resistance.

The temperature of the surface must be between 5 and 35°C.

In hot weather, if the substrate is exposed to sunlight or if it is excessively porous, it will need to be dampened or teated with our PRIM SM primer.

Local flatness defects not exceeding 8 mm may be levelled out with KEDOCOL PRO.  

The consumption depends on the application method and the tool used. As a general guideline, consumption is :

Single application : 4 kg/m².

Double application : 6 kg/m².
