FILLING AND SMOOTH FINISH

Ready-mix paste coating suitable for occasional minor filling and finishing work, suitable for interior and exterior use. (Tube: ideal for filling screw holes). 

Resin, calcium carbonate, water, rheological agent and various additives. The paste is off-white in colour.

350 g tubes. 

6 months for buckets, 12 months for tube, in unopened original packaging stored away from frost and intense heat. 

The temperature during application and drying must be between 5 and 35°C. Do not apply to damp surface. Do not apply in full sunlight. It is essential for the product to be covered.

Surfaces must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, sound, dry, hard, dust-free and free from all traces of form oil.

Open the crack using a scraper. Carefully remove dust from crack. Ensure that the paste reaches down to the base of the cavity.

Smooth using a filling knife or spatula.

Approx. 1.5 kg/m²/mm thickness.

This depends on ambient conditions, the type of surface and the thickness applied. As a general rule, for a thickness of 5 mm, the product is dry in 24 to 48 hours.
