The Semin fire-rated inspection hatch is particularly suitable for use in duct wall systems, service ducts and hollow partition linings.
The mounting frame and door leaf are made of a reinforced galvanised steel sheet that sits behind fire protection panels.
The frame contains an air-tight smoke seal. The door is thus smoke proof. Wall mounting is made easy by a removable door leaf and pre-built indentations in the mounting frame.
After installation, the door leaf is mounted permanently. The door leaf’s screw head-free surface saves on laborious concealing work.
