BONDING ADHESIVE CEMENT

This cement powder adhesive is specially formulated for assembly of earthenware block partitions. Also suitable for locking blocks at the tops of partitions.

Suitable for use in wet rooms such as showers, bathrooms, toilets, kitchens and institutional kitchens.

Cement, resin sand and various additives.

The resulting paste is grey.

Earthenware tiles.

Smoothing fillers (SEMIN DEGROSSISSAGE, KEDOPLAN MUR) or spray applied fillers.

25 kg sacks on film-wrapped pallet.

Earthenware blocks must be dry and free of dust.

The floors supporting the first row must also be free of dust.

A system to prevent rising damp should be included (concrete footing, plastic U profile, sealing membrane or PVC profile).

The temperature during application and drying must be between 5 and 30°C. Do not use mix that has begun to set. Not to be mixed with plaster.

Dangerous, follow the instruction for use.

Around 7 to 8 l of water per 25 kg sack.

Application is by coating the edges of the blocks with adhesive.

The joints should be approximately 2 mm thick. 

Then lay the blocks, offsetting the bond.

The space between the last course of blocks and the ceiling should be as small as possible (maximum 30 mm). 

Lock the partition in place with BONDING ADHESIVE CEMENT.

Depends on the thickness of the tiles and varies between 2 kg/m2 (5 cm) and 4 kg/m2 (10 cm).

BONDING ADHESIVE CEMENT hardens in 2 to 3 hours and dries in 12 hours depending on ambient conditions.

For sealing a deep gap at the top of the partition mix LIANT COLLE CIMENT with 50% 0-3 mm sand.
