Insulated and sealed access panels
SEMIN insulated and sealed access panels comply with the 2012 Energy Performance Regulations and are made up of small moveable panels and an insulating material with strong thermal resistance. Fire break access panels
The new range of SEMIN FIRE-RATED ACCESS PANELS is CSTB certified. The range includes WALL and CEILING fire-rated access panels. These high-performance products are a cost-effective fire protection solution for service shaft walls.
Their peripheral lip seal prevents smoke ingress. Wall fire-rated access panels are available as follows: for up to 30 minutes and 60 minutes. Ceiling access panels are available fire-rated for up to 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes. Fire report CSTB RS19-064.
