SEMIN has a range of efficient sealant products for use with all types of buildings. With complete respect for the environment, our sealant products will improve the energy efficiency of the building and protect your walls for years to come. The French BBC standard (low consumption building) defines the performance required for the BBC label, in accordance with the current 2012 Energy Performance Regulations.
This standard has enabled SEMIN to promote a range of high performance sealant products, including access panels, vapour barriers and fillers. The main objective is the respect for the environment by reducing the emission of greenhouse gases.

Draught proofing
So as to guarantee that walls are sealed, SEMIN has developed a filler for effectively treating random air leaks in various buildings that are to be insulated. By improving the energy efficiency of the building, the SEMIN draught proofing filler is the technical coating that you need. The draught proofing products come in the form of a powder and can be applied to all types of interior masonry substrates: breeze blocks, aerated concrete, raw concrete, cellular concrete, terracotta blocks, etc. These products are applied mechanically (using all types of machines: for plaster spraying and Airless).
Water vapour proofing
SEMIN has developed a range of vapour barriers for stopping the spread of water vapour. The VAPOUR BARRIERS protect the thermal insulation in order to prevent any water infiltration. Our water vapour proofing products provide an efficient water resistance and great strength for walls.
Sealed access panels
SEMIN access panels are adaptable and easily fitted thanks to their adjustment options. These sealed access panels are quick and easy to fit, being fixed using metal tabs. Sealed access panels provide draught proofing for the building, and can improve sound insulation for some buildings.
