SEMIN endeavours to provide information that is as accurate as possible on the website. However, it may not be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or failures to keep the site up to date, whether they are its own responsibility or the responsibility of third-party partners that provide this information.

All information given on the website is for informative purposes only, and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information that appears on the website is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to any modifications that may have been made to it since it was put online.

2. Limitations of liability

Users acknowledge that SEMIN reserves the right to modify or temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of the website without prior notice. The website contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, which are included with SEMIN's permission. However, SEMIN is not able to verify the content of sites visited via these links, and therefore accepts no liability in this regard.

If these terms and conditions are translated into any other language, and if there is any inconsistency between the French-language version available on the website and its translation into any foreign language, only the French-language version will be valid.

7. Miscellaneous provisions

If any part of these terms and conditions of use should prove to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, for any reason whatsoever, the provisions in question will be deemed null and void, without this affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply to users of the website.

Any dispute relating to use of the website is subject to French law and therefore comes under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
