TECHNICAL DEFINITION

Frame : made-to-measure. AlMgSi 0.5 F22.

Angle stop, stop device, angle brackets : completely galvanised sheet steel. DC 01 AM. 1.00 mm.

Drill template : galvanised sheet steel. DX51D/Z275. 1.00 mm.

Plasterboard : Plasterboard for damp rooms. GKFI.

Catch : steel/plastic.

Seal : Lip seal.

Insulation : foam insulation material. Thickness : 19 mm.

Steel nails : steel.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Install in walls or ceilings (do not walk on it).

Suitable for use in damp rooms.

Installation in walls : position the locking mechanism toward the ceiling.

Tested for air tightness in accordance with EN 1026: 2000-09 and EN 12207: 1999-11; report no. 104 31394/2.

Verified by expert report no. 10-001368-GAS 01-A01-02-de-01.

Improved acoustics tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10140-2:2010 (Institut Fraunhofer [Fraunhofer Institute]: 31.4 dB with 1 x 12.5 mm).

Improved acoustics tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10140-2:2010 (Institut Fraunhofer [Fraunhofer Institute]: 32.4 dB with 2 x 12.5 mm).
